The young man you sent to my home was very good. He didn’t spend time on phone calls or walking back and forth to his car trying to drag the job out. He was diligent in resolving my problem he did a good job I was impressed. When he had finished the area was left clean and tidy. A pat on the back to management for hiring and having good employees as they are on the front line for your company.
Your plumber dispatched to our job today has again done excellent work. This is the third small job he has attended to at our property and each time his work is exemplary. It is so refreshing to have a tradie be able to clearly describe what is to be done on the job (so I can actually understand), following which he always produces a clean and neat outcome. I know most people won’t respond to such service. However, I felt it his service quality should be commended and you should be aware of how well your team performs on site. I would have no issues recommending your company considering both the quality of the work and helpfulness. Given our property is so agree I am in no doubt we will be contacting you again in the near future for other plumbing projects.
From the moment I made the call to Conrad Martens to ask for assistance with the removal of the gas stove I was treated with professionalism and the response time was impressive. The gas fitter was polite and did great job. The Plumber who came to install the tap for the dishwasher did a brilliant job. Now I have a Dishwasher! The office staff were understanding, courteous and kept me informed about timelines. I’m very happy with the service. Thank you. Keep up the good work.
I had Conrad Martens out to fix a gas leak. They were able to come out the next day. They gave me good advice and a price indication on the phone. Overall they couldn't have done anything better. Most importantly there is now no gas leak and I have had to change the bottles since then.
I was Very happy with Josh who fixed my problem- much appreciated his help at such a busy time of the year. The office staff certainly did a good job getting him to my house ASAP.

I recently contacted Conrad Martens Plumbing Service to clear a blocked drain. They arrived on time and got straight down to work. It did not appear to be a straight forward job as they encountered many difficulties. They kept persisting and cleared the drain; recommending we engage a camera and a jet rodder to assess the condition of the line. The plumbers (Lachlan & James) kept me fully informed throughout the process and I was very happy with the end result. We would have no hesitation in recommending their service.
As a new customer (just bought a house that had previous history with you), I was very impressed with the service- from the office staff, through to the two gentlemen who quickly turned up to clear a blockage and showed me the ‘design’ issue of a previous renovation and how to help prevent similar issues in the future until I embark on a renovation. Well done and thank you.

As for your service, I must say it was exceptional. When I spoke to your office staff (courteous and efficient), I never expected same day service and had resigned myself to cold showers for a day or two. At least bearable in the hot weather. Your installer arrived punctually on the same day at the appointed time, carried out his work neatly and efficiently and carted the old system away. None of this sitting around all day because we could be there anytime between 8 am and 4:30 pm! In my old Army days- Well done those Men/Women!

I can’t speak more highly of the man who came to repair the leaking pipe on a Saturday morning. (Or it may have been a Sunday). He arrived quickly, worked quickly and completely fixed the problem. I couldn’t fault his manner and work
Excellent work today by Josh and Ben replacing my 50 year old Gal pipes with bright new copper on a tough hardwood frame. All finished one day after the work request. Efficient, neat and genuinely courteous. Highly commended.

I recently had a toilet suite and kitchen mixer tap installed by Conrad Martens and was greatly impressed by their friendly and efficient service and visiting technician's professionalism. Highly recommended!!!
I had tried to get two local Plumbers to check a blocked storm water pipe, do a water compliance certificate and install a dishwasher. They gave me the runaround for over a week with no result and informed me if the pipe was blocked they would provide another quote to have it fixed. So I called Conrad Martens and was greeted by exceptional and helpful phone staff and then switched though to Warren who said he could have all that completed by lunchtime that day. His promise was kept as someone discovered the stormwater drain was blocked and fixed it immediately and all other jobs completed promptly and professionally. They were on time and their service was exceptional. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be calling them first for all my plumbing needs.
I had a leaking toilet and needed a plumber urgently. I found this company through google and when I spoke to the admin staff they were really sufficient and polite. They took down my details and advised a plumber would be there within the hour. Sure enough... the plumber showed up on time, did the work and left the area neat and tidy. I had a problem with the pilot light in my gas hot water system. I contacted Conrad Martens plumbing and hot water on Sunday night and one of his team was despatched early the next morning to repair my hot water system. I was impressed with their prompt and friendly service. I would definitely recommend them! to anyone in Brisbane!

I was in the middle of doing renovations and needed a plumber to seal of one LPG outlet and re position another so I rang you guys as you replaced my hot water system not that long ago. From the initial contact on the phone and plumber Bruce coming and doing the job was all top notch. Conrad Martens set the benchmark for customer service. On time, fixed the problem and at a very reasonable price. What more can you ask for in this day and age? The plumber (I think his name was Dave) arrived on time and with a minimum of fuss fixed all the issues that we asked him about. We now have reliable hot water. Thanks and my wife thanks you! Conrad Martens Plumbing service, workmanship and office staff were all excellent when I needed a hot water system replaced recently. Frantically I called them in the morning to say that water was gushing from the hot water system. They arrived promptly, inspected the system, quoted me a price and had one delivered and installed immediately. Thank you very much for your assistance!
